GeoMorphBy installing or using GeoMorph (“the app”, “the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of your store and business. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the app.
1. The Service
GeoMorph lets Shopify merchants apply country-based rules to their storefront — redirecting, blocking, hiding or blurring content based on a visitor’s detected country. The Service is provided as software-as-a-service through the Shopify platform.
2. Plans & billing
- GeoMorph offers a Free plan and paid plans (Standard and Pro). Current pricing is shown on our pricing section and in the Shopify App Store.
- All charges are processed by Shopify Billing and added to your Shopify invoice. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
- Paid plans may include a free trial. You will not be charged for a paid plan until any applicable trial period ends.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time from within the app or by uninstalling it. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Use geolocation features to unlawfully discriminate or to violate applicable consumer-protection, trade or sanctions laws.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
You are responsible for ensuring that the rules you configure comply with the laws applicable to your business and your customers.
4. Geolocation accuracy
IP-based geolocation is inherently approximate. While we use a reputable GeoIP database and work to provide accurate results, we do not guarantee that every visitor’s country is identified correctly. You are responsible for configuring rules with this limitation in mind.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, remains our property. You retain ownership of your store data and configuration. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the Service for you.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoMorph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that harms us, other users or third parties.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
