Refund Policy

How billing, free trials, cancellations and refunds work for GeoMorph.

GeoMorph is billed through Shopify Billing. Charges for paid plans appear on your regular Shopify invoice. This policy explains when you are charged and how refunds are handled.

1. Free plan

The Free plan is free to use and never charged. You can stay on it for as long as you like.

2. Free trial

Paid plans may include a free trial (for example, 14 days). You are not charged during the trial. If you uninstall the app or downgrade before the trial ends, no charge is made for that plan.

3. Recurring charges

After any trial, paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Shopify. Each charge covers the upcoming billing period.

4. Cancellations

  • You can cancel at any time by downgrading to the Free plan or by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin.
  • Cancelling stops future charges. Because plans are billed for a period in advance, cancelling part-way through a billing period does not, by itself, generate an automatic refund for the remainder of that period.

5. Refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable, which is standard for Shopify apps. However, we want you to be happy with GeoMorph. If you were charged in error, experienced a billing problem, or believe a charge was unfair, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case in good faith — including issuing a full or partial refund where appropriate.

Refunds, where granted, are issued through Shopify’s billing system and may take a few business days to appear.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your store domain and the approximate date and amount of the charge. We will respond and resolve your request as quickly as we can.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
